OUR STORY

ProLashTech was created by Eyelash Professionals for Eyelash Professionals.

OUR MISSION

It's simple really...We want to help ensure that practicing eyelash technicians are highly skilled and professional.

Why? This helps keep integrity in the industry...If clients have less than positive experiences, it damages the reputation of ALL eyelash technicians and the industry as a whole.

We are often asked "Why are you training others to ultimately become our competition?" and our reply is that inevitably, people will take eyelash extensions training...We are passionate about this industry and we are doing our part to help it grow and prosper - when you train with us, we help you be the best you can be so that our industry can be the best it can be...

TRAINING DETAILS

To ensure a high competency level of our students to safely and skillfully apply eyelash extensions, we offer in class training.  This training comprises of theoretical and practical instruction.

Upon registration, students will be given our training manual to review.  This revision will enable students to familiarize themselves with the products and procedure prior to class training.  A general understanding of the application of extensions will better prepare student to gain the most from the classes.

Theory – The training manual will be worked through in its entirety. and a written test will be given.

Practical- Under guidance and supervision, students will receive practical hands on training.  Covering the practical sections of the manual, students will perform eyelash extension techniques in the following mann

Practice mannequins – This first application level will be to successfully complete an application, touch-up and removal on practice mannequin

Other students – If time permits, students may partner up with fellow students to apply extension on each other; this will give them first hand experience and understanding of the procedure from both sides – the client and the technician

Models –  Eyelash extensions will be applied on a live model

STUDENT RATIO

Every effort will be made to maintain a student to trainer ratio of 5-1. Every student will get the necessary attention.

CERTIFICATION

To obtain certification, the following must be completed and deemed satisfactory:
Written Test – Students must pass a written
Successful application of eyelash extensions on a mannequin and live model

Submission of proof of successful applications by way of photos of students work or successful application of extensions on model during a live examination.

Once the application results are deemed satisfactory, a certificate will be issued.

RE-CERTIFICATION - RE TRAINING

Students will have the opportunity to refresh their application technique.  There will be on going classes and seminars introducing new techniques and products.

Our Professional Kit includes everything you will need to get you on your way as a Professional Eyelash Extension Technician.  Our products are amongst the best in the industry – from the lashes to the tools and of course…the adhesive.  An eyelash technician is only as good as their adhesive. In our Kits we are proud to use products from JB Cosmetics, international leaders in the eyelash extensions.  Below is a list of the products that are included in the professional training kit.
